This project included the Structural Design of four new buildings at Alden Lane Nursery to be used as a Garden Shop, a Lunch Room and Storage. The Garden Shop is a two-story structure with approximately 4,200 square feet per floor and an exterior staircase.

The Dun-Rite Excavating Office/Shop is a 19,576 square foot single-story building. It is separated into two main areas by a common dividing wall. The larger area is approximately rectangular in shape, 72’-0” x 146’-0”, with offsets in the east and south walls.

The Regal Business Center is a 14,800 sq. ft. two-story wood-framed office building. It is rectangular in shape with an 8’x32′ extension at the building lobby and another 8’x32′ extension on the south-east face.
