This project included the design and construction of a new Warehouse and Maintenance Building, and the design of an Administration Building.

The standby Generator Plant facility includes a 7,000 square foot building housing various electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, load banks, and four standby diesel generators.

The project included the design and construction of a new 9,854 sq. ft. building shell, with a 1,000 sq. ft. storage occupancy on the second floor.

This project includes Structural Engineering and Architectural planning, design and construction support services for a new gas chlorination facility at San Juan Water District’s Water Treatment Plant.
