Lynnewood United Methodist

The Lynnewood United Methodist Church project consisted of two phases.  Phase One involved  the expansion and renovation of the existing Sanctuary Building.  Phase two involved  the construction of a new Classroom Building and the expansion and renovation of the existing Multipurpose Building.

The Sanctuary Building Addition provided 2,524 additional square feet of office space to an existing 4,165 sq. ft. one story building.

The new Classroom Building comprised 6,766 sq. ft. of instructional space in a one story building.

The expansion and renovation of the Multipurpose Building involved renovation of about one-third of the existing 4,800 sq. ft. building, and the conversion of 350 sq. ft. of coveted porch area to interior space.
